HR7 ApS’ general terms and conditions

In order to create the best possible basis for customer collaboration, we hereby notify you of the general terms and conditions that HR7 ApS works in accordance with, unless specifically agreed otherwise:

  1. HR7 handles tasks that are formulated in an oral or written assignment agreement. The assignment agreement aims for the start time and the end time to be clear. The detailed content of the task is agreed with the customer and an activity plan is agreed upon.
  2. The tasks are solved in close collaboration with the organisation’s employees and stakeholders.
  3. HR7 treats all customer relationship information as absolutely confidential.
  4. The customer provides HR7 with existing material of significance for the performance of the task and assists to the greatest possible extent in making the material useful for the consulting task.
  5. The client handles the necessary internal and external information about the content, course and results of the consulting assignment. HR7 is available for providing information to the customer’s staff about the organisation, procedure and results of the consulting assignment.
  6. HR7 sees it as our duty to immediately notify the customer’s task manager if there is any doubt during the work about the task’s prerequisites, purpose and / or implementation. HR7 reserves the right to make minor technical changes to specifications that will improve the process without prior discussion with the customer. The customer is immediately informed of such changes.
  7. Should it turn out during the progress of the project that the agreed preconditions are not in place or that the desired results cannot be achieved with our participation, the agreement can be terminated by both parties with immediate effect. An invoice will be prepared for the time spent up to this point.
  8. Charging of fees: More substantial assignments are invoiced at 50% before the assignment begins using on-account instalments or at the end of the month in accordance with the actual time spent. Minor services – typically a maximum of one day: invoiced after the event. Coaching course: Multi-use packages are purchased at the start of the course unless otherwise agreed.
  9. Payment terms: 14 days net cash.
  10. In the event of cancellation of consulting tasks that occur at the customer’s request later than 6 weeks before the agreement date, 50% of the agreed amount will be invoiced. In the event of similar cancellations that occur later than 14 days before the agreed time, the entire amount will be invoiced. For longer projects, there will be extra invoicing for the number of days that are cancelled or moved. The term "cancellations" means all types of cancellations, thus also cancellations due to illness and cancellations due to moving to another time.
  11. In the event of cancellation of coaching interviews and supervision at HR7, which takes place at the customer’s request later than 24 hours (calculated as working days) before the agreement time, the entire amount will be invoiced.   12. In the event of cancellation of coaching interviews and supervision with the customer, which takes place at the customer’s request later than 72 hours (calculated as working days) before the time of the agreement, the entire amount will be invoiced.   13. Reports are submitted electronically in PDF format. Reproduction of reports and other written material will be charged at the applicable hourly rate with the addition of accompanying materials.
  14. Responsibility for use: Use of materials, reports, etc. takes place at the customer’s own risk. The customer cannot bring liability actions against HR7 due to arrangements made on the basis of conclusions from data, materials and reports provided by HR7.
  15. Applicable law: The agreement between the customer and HR7 is subject to applicable Danish law. Transfer of materials from customer to HR7 must be in accordance with applicable law.
  16. Publication: The material may only be used by the customer and its advisers. The material may only be passed on to third parties or published by citing HR7 as the source.
  17. Costs for driving, travel, hotel stays, consumption of food/beverages and any other direct expenses in connection with the solution of a task shall be charged against invoice. Driving shall be charged according to the Government’s tariffs, in 2019: DKK 3.56.
  18. Transport time over a total of one hour on each occasion shall be invoiced at DKK 500 per hour or part thereof in addition to the first hour.
  19. Services are subject to value added tax in accordance with applicable laws.
