HR7 is a company that, among other things, deals with personal development, recruitment and testing services. You may be asked to provide certain information about yourself in connection with your collaboration or interaction with HR7. This information may include:
This information will typically be obtained through your own correspondence with us, correspondence sent to us, correspondence via our website or information we receive or collect from third parties – such as an employment authority, references – which is added to our user information. As a rule, HR7 only collects general personal information. Personal data of a sensitive nature will be handled when reference is made to psychologist interviews from health insurance companies or you as a private person contact HR7 to undergo a psychologist interviews. Information that we collect automatically When you visit our website, use our services and/or respond to advertisements or other content, we automatically collect the information sent to us from your computer, mobile device or other equipment. HR7 does not record data via social media, but by accessing Linkedin, you give us access to personal information stored/registered on such third party websites. The scope of this access varies depending on the website and your own browser settings and consent. HR7 processes personal information from these third-party websites in accordance with its privacy policy.
We may use your personal information for the following purposes: assessment of you in a recruitment process or other human resource context, bookkeeping, invoicing and auditing, security, administrative and legal purposes, customer management, to perform contractual obligations entered into between you and us and to help us in our future cooperation with you. Your personal information may be used to pass on reports and services to our customers as part of the execution of the contract in which you and the customer enter into. These reports and services may be used by our clients in connection with the selection and development of individuals in connection with employment or other context within the human resources area. HR7 only collects personal information about you if it is done as part of the execution of a contract or for the pursuit of another legitimate purpose, including such things as invoicing and bookkeeping.
As part of a recruitment process, we may ask you for contact details of a third party to confirm your information. It is your responsibility to inform any third party whose contact details and personal information you provide to us that you have provided this information. You should have obtained the consent of such third party before disclosing its personal information. If we have contacted you as a result of your details being given to us by a participant in a recruitment process, we have made a reasonable effort to ensure that the participant has received your prior consent. In such situations, we confirm that we will use your personal details and any information that you subsequently send to us in accordance with this privacy policy. HR7 basically only collects standard personal information and not personal data of a sensitive nature. Data collected through psychological test responses are confidential but not sensitive data. HR7 processes and safeguards confidential data with the same degree of security and confidentiality as other personal information and in accordance with this personal data policy.
We protect your information through technical and administrative security measures (such as firewalls and physical and administrative access controls to data and servers), which limit the risk of loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure and changes. We do not store personal information longer than permitted by law, and delete personal information no later than after 6 months or when it is no longer needed for the above purposes. We do not pass on your information to third parties in addition to those parties involved, including, e.g. your own employer, your potential employer, test provider, etc. who are involved in the processing of the case.
You are entitled to see the information we hold about you. You can ask us to make any necessary changes to ensure that your information is correct and up to date. If you wish to verify the details you have provided to us, you may do so by contacting us using the contact details at the end of this notice. We reserve the right, by prior arrangement, to charge a fee to cover any costs we may incur in providing you with details of the information we hold about you. You are at all times entitled to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal information provided in accordance with this privacy policy by sending an email to info@hr7.dk. If you believe that the processing of your personal information is in violation of applicable legislation, you can complain about the processing by contacting the Danish Data Protection Agency (www.datatilsynet.dk). It should be noted that our privacy policy will be disregarded in cases where it is required of us or where it is required to disclose personal information as a result of legislation or court order.
This privacy policy only applies to the use and transfer of information that we collect from you, unless otherwise expressly provided in this privacy policy.
